I am a scholar of Late Antiquity and Byzantine Studies. My research interests are Byzantine history, literature, byzantine theology and philosophy, and early christian studies, byzantine art and archaeology. I am currently writing my doctoral thesis about retorical descriptions of churches in early Byzantium. I have written several articles concerning the above dciplines. I am currently writing a book about St. Theodore of Sykeon (7th. c.)
